Whipped Cardamom Honey combines Colorado Clover Blossom Honey with Burlap & Barrel's Cardamom Extract. The aromatic cardamom blends perfectly with the creamy Clover Blossom Honey. The result is warm, comforting, and bright. Cardamom seeds have been used since the 5th century BC and are now standard in Swedish baked goods, most famously, kardemummabullar, or cardamom buns.
Burlap & Barrel is a craft spice company working to support smallholder farmers and source spices that have a true terroir, a taste of the place. We are so pleased to use their rich Cloud Forest Cardamom Extract made with cardamom seeds from Alta Verapaz, Guatemala.
