Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our premium Colorado honey products.

Where is Björn's Colorado Honey produced?

Our honey is produced by bees kept along the front range of the Colorado Rockies. We practice migratory beekeeping, moving our hives to follow the seasonal blooms of local wildflowers and clover.

Is your honey raw and unfiltered?

Yes, all of our honey is raw and lightly strained, never ultra-filtered or flash-heated. This ensures that the natural pollen, enzymes, and beneficial properties remain intact for the best flavor and health benefits.

Why has my honey crystallized and how can I fix it?

Crystallization is a natural process that happens to pure, raw honey. To return it to a liquid state, gently place the jar in a warm water bath (not boiling) until the crystals dissolve. Avoid microwaving as high heat destroys natural enzymes.

What is your shipping policy for fragile glass jars?

We take great care in packaging our honey to ensure it arrives safely. We ship nationwide via UPS and USPS. In the rare event that a jar arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer local pickup for Colorado residents?

Currently, we offer local pickup at our retail locations and various farmers' markets throughout the Denver and Boulder areas. Please select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout to see available times and locations.

Are your infused honeys made with natural ingredients?

Absolutely. Our infused varieties, such as Whipped Cinnamon or Saffron honey, are made using only high-quality, natural spices and extracts with no artificial colors or preservatives.
